The crowd shivered outside in the February cold but that did not deter the excitement for what was about take place. It’s not the first time that the TORONTO FASHION GROUP took over Chez Lavelle – Chez Lavelle, a spectacular roof top restaurant on King St. In downtown Toronto – to show off the latest fashion collections from different Toronto designers in the latest of a series of Toronto swimwear fashion shows.
This edition featured amazing new designs in swimwear from designers at Lubica Swimwear. Stunning models graced the catwalk that night showing off the creative spirit of the amazing designers behind the collection.
In the crowd that night was a star-studded mix of Fashion Influencers, Bloggers and artists – including Mardee, one of Africa’s hottest names in Afrobeat. The red carpet that night was quite a special one, many amazing outfits from some of Toronto’s biggest names in swimsuit fashion.
This fashion show is the brainchild of fashion Impresario Ian, himself a designer and fashion organizer. “This is just one show, a small part of what we have done, people love them! “ he said. These fashion shows are also great networking opportunities for fashion professionals in Toronto. This is just one of many Toronto swimwear fashion shows, with many more to come.
Business aside, the night was filled with great music, energy and of course – swimwear and fashion! Everyone had a great time and we all look forward to the next one!
