Dinner in the Sky at the Montmorency Falls Park
For the 100th firework show organized by Grands Feux-Loto Québec, the Montmorency Falls Park will host Dinner in the Sky as of August 6. Diners will savour a meal prepared by the Montmorency Manor’s renowned chef while sitting at tables suspended from a 120-tonne crane. A vantage point that affords a breathtaking view of the Montmorency Falls Park,’île d’Orléans and the St. Lawrence River.
This activity will be held starting for the presentation of the Italian firework display. Meals will be served daily at noon and in the evening on the suspended platform until the close of the 17th edition of the Grands Feux firework competition on August 10. During this period, the Montmorency Manor and its executive chef, Martin Côté, will serve up a gastronomic five-course meal eight times a day. The activity lasts approximately three hours and proceeds according to the schedule described below: Guests are greeted upon arrival and enjoy an appetizer for the first hour at ground level. The guests then spend the second hour on the suspended platform, where they are served the next three courses. During the final hour, the guests return to ground level for dessert.
