Snow Pack Update & Best Time to Come to REO in 2015
Mother Nature is really making an impact in 2015! The Nahatlatch valley has received less than 40% of it’s normal snowpack which feeds our beautiful jade-green river. So here are some things to expect in 2015:
May & June: don’t miss the legendary rapids in full form; best time for the big stuff
July: Expect warm water, hot days and technical whitewater. Canyon opens! Stein opens!
August: Nahatlatch canyon runs, low water uppers, get on the Thompson for massive waves.
September: All about the Thompson…..expect the best levels of the year for paddle rafting
