NEW CHEF DE CUISINE NAMED AT AZUL: Chef Joel Huff has been named Chef de Cuisine at Azul, Mandarin Oriental,
Miami’s 120-seat signature restaurant.  Chef Huff’s new menu will

Esquire magazine named him one of “Four Chefs to Watch.”  Most recently, Chef Huff worked at the Tydes Restaurant and Coral Café in Santa Barbara, CA. He served as Chef de Cuisine at Saam at The Bazaar by José Andrés in Beverly Hills and trained at the popular Minibar by José Andrés in Washington DC. He has traveled around the world cooking in such exotic places as Thailand, Australia, Japan and Denmark.  A native of California, Chef Huff studied at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena, California. For more information visit, ARSTY LIBATIONS COOL DOWN WYNWOOD DISTRICT: Wynwood Kitchen & Bar (WKB), an exciting blend of cutting edge urban street art and innovative brasserie cuisine, is now offering an artistic line-up of luscious libations and a must-attend Friday night cocktail hour.  To develop a collection of cool cocktails complementing Chef Marco Ferraro’s unique contemporary cuisine, Goldman Properties tapped the world-famous street artists involved in creating the restaurant’s stunning interiors and the surrounding murals at their art park, Wynwood Walls. The result was an inspired menu of 17 mixed drinks with unexpected ingredients in artistic combinations.  Reflecting Wynwood Kitchen & Bar’s philosophy to give the artists free rein and let their spirits soar, the artists cocktails are comprised of beautiful ingredients blended to create one-of-a-kind flavors that excite the palate and fuel the spirit. Priced at $12 each, the cocktails include the Shepard Fairey, which reflects the artist’s love of color and balance, with raspberry liquor, a splash of cranberry juice and vodka.  The artistic collaboration of Jim Drain and Ara Peterson resulted in a sweet-savory cocktail that will get the juices churning: a blend of sweet rum and fresh lime balanced with earthy prune juice.  For more information, visit  DOLPHIN MALL WELCOMES NEW FAMILY FRIENDLY VENUE: Cool-de-Sac, a family entertainment center that features children’s activities and a full-service restaurant for adults, celebrated its grand opening in perfect style at the new Dolphin Mall location.
