It is mid-July and kids just finished the two-weeks sailing camp. It’s so hot in the city! What’s the best way to beat the heat? I think it’s to get away from it to the fresh air of the forest, cool water of the lake and beautiful scenery of farm lands.
We arrive late night to the cottage on tha lake when the air is filled with fireflies that sparkle like little starts on the dark background of the trees… I raise my head and… Wow! Who could ever think that there are so many stars, we can even see the Milky Way!
The next day we are just relaxing, spending time enjoying the fresh air and the lake… The evening is quite and the water is like a large mirror!
The cottage we are staying in is on the Long Lake, I guess called so for its shape. As we were told the lake is filled with fish – just have your fishing rods ready! We board a boat with all equipment, but… instead of fishing go for a swim! What a pleasure to feel fresh clean lake water on a hot day!
Late afternoon, after snack and rest it is a better time to go fishing! So again, we get ready and as soon as we board the boat – Anna got the fish! Just put her bait in…
