Christmas Gifts! Best time of the year!…Right after October 31st we noticed first Christmas lights in the neighborhood! Getting ready for Big Holidays! There are so many traditions to follow – some originate in families, some are picked for their originality – anyway everyone will buy and receive Christmas Gifts! Don’t we all love this part! It is so exciting to make a list and wait for the dreams come true!
We like to bake cookies and a while ago started a new tradition – give a nice set of home backed cookies as Christmas gifts to our friends and neighbors. We’ll arrange it all in a nice gift bag or use a paper with nice Christmas design, add a card – ready to go!
Just as we started to get ready for coming Christmas, the new designs of our Linen Tea Towels arrived – beautiful and original! How can we create a nice gift from these? Add some home made cookies, may be jam…. The idea came when we were looking for some new gift wrap with original designs – can we use the towels instead? We tried to wrap a bottle of vine, various round and square boxes (not too big ones!)… it looked different than paper, and we liked it! This way we could create Christmas gifts – minimum waist and maximum effect!
For boxes – do same as you would do with paper, add a matching ribbon and a card – the Christmas gifts are ready!
