ZDF TV From Germany Visits Montserrat
During the period May 7-12th, 2009, a four man crew from ZDF TV in
Germany visited Montserrat, to film a documentary on the island. ZDF is
Europe’s largest television station and the documentary on Montserrat
will air during the 2009 Christmas period to an estimated audience of 5
million viewers.  Mr. Juergen Podzkiewitz, a producer with ZDF TV in
Germany, visited Montserrat earlier this year on a scouting mission.
His visit convinced him that Montserrat had a tourism product offer that
was unique enough to warrant the production of a documentary.
